Pastor Greg Stratton was born April 29, 1968 in Fort Polk, Louisiana. He studied Tae Kwon Do and earned his Black Belt in 1994. In 2005 Pastor Stratton began a martial arts school in the church he serves, called the "Dojo of the Risen Son", which is located near Toledo, Ohio. Today he has over seventy students in his Dojo. He is a certified instructor with the GMAU.

He holds a Bachelor of Biblical Literature from Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri and is in the process of obtaining a Master of Ministry degree from Andersonville Baptist Seminary in Camilla, Georgia. His wife Kim is a huge support in his ministry and his three sons and daughter are martial art students as well.
